The Pearl boasts a 15000 gallon rooftop "lake" that is home to many aquatic species and hosts diners nightly in the raised gazebos. Her desire for the best has shown itself in our magnificently crafted sushi bar and drinking bar tops. Made from a single black walnut tree the two bars together measure nearly 50 feet.

Staying true to their own family needs, Susan and Robert have created a Family Dining Room which allows parents to bring their children into a fine dining restaurant without feeling unwelcome. Games, coloring books, toys and activities are provided at the "kid's sushi bar" to entertain while the parents dine. Chef Robert has also designed a Children's Menu based on his own daughters' likes. Teriyaki, Tempura and Sushi alongside pasta and hot dogs make for a well received and nutritious meal for the next generation of Pearl devotees.
