Ralph Hawke Manis will have some of his favorite artwork on display at The Cultured Pearl mall. Along with many other restaurants in Rehoboth Beach, many artists will also be on display around town during the annual sidewalk sale weekend. The Rehoboth Art League will be having some special events and a Plein Air Arts Festival Paint Out competition.
